Presentations should be a maximum of 20 minutes. Please be mindful of adhering to these timings out of courtesy to your co-panellists.

Moderators will give warnings as presenters approach the maximum allotted time for their presentation, and they will intervene to bring presentations that overrun to a close.

Please ensure any slides or other materials you may wish to present are available on a USB drive, a cloud-based service, or that they have been sent to the panel moderator in a suitable format (e.g., .ppt or .pdf) in advance of the session. Each room will be equipped with a projector and a computer.
